What does your greatness look like?

The first step to unlocking your personal greatness is to create your vision. So, can you imagine what you would be like if you were operating at a peak level and your greatness was flowing freely? It may sound aspirational, really though it is a choice.

What would your life be like? What would you be doing? What would you see yourself looking like? What would you be saying, about yourself, about others?

Designing a life that allows your best self to become a tangible and real-time daily reality. You might spend time unpacking all those thoughts in the back of your mind, the ones that flash by, ‘if only’…

I mean, how often have you really stopped and taken the time to assess what you might actually be able to be, to do, if you put all of your best stuff up front and started to live a life operating from the greatness that would produce?

So, how do you slice through the shroud of illusion we trick ourselves with? How do you let out the superhuman you under the blanket of excuses?

How do you create that vision?

Try out this simple exercise to get you started:

Write out a list of all the people that inspire you and that you think are totally amazing.

It might be someone you know personally, someone famous, someone prolific, anyone at anytime.

Once you have listed a few, or thought of a few, consider what it is about them that makes you admire or respect them so much.

As you consider the traits, qualities or characteristics of what you really admire about these people, reflect on these qualities in yourself, are they things you have? Are they, perhaps, things that hint at your greatness?

What would you be like if those aspects of yourself were ignited in some way, what might you do differently, moving forward, attuning these qualities form within, and sharing them outwardly.
