What would coaching mean for you?

Someone helping you get to completion on a desired outcome.

This, most commonly, could be a physical outcome, for example: performance, action, skill development or appearance. Or a mental outcome, such as more clarity or focus, introduction of systems and models to attain the outcome. Often it is as simple as removing a blind spot or ‘roadblock’ in your awareness. Or adding in a simple process that you kinda knew, but weren’t able to put into words.

How does that work?

It depends, of course, on the desired outcome. Though there are some common threads that are weaved into getting the results or outcomes. Here are some common threads that can be pointed to in my experience with coaching clients.

Coaching with Tony

When you work with me, I commit 100% to getting you the results you want. You can expect me to go above and beyond and pull out all the stops to get what you want.

At the initial ‘Discovery’ session, having decided I am a good fit for you, a framework is agreed to suit you.

I will help gather the personal resources you need, devise strategies and plans and complete reality checks to get specific with scheduling and attainable implementation steps.

What I expect in return is for you to ‘show up’ and follow through on your commitments as best you can. My time and energy is very precious to me, as I hope it is for you.

Investment

Lats assume a 5 week intensive program to get your desired outcome up and running.

(this is just an example to give you an idea of scope and investment of time, energy and resources.)

During the 5 weeks we meet weekly online or in person to look at your progress, meet accountability goals, rework strategies and course correct as needed and review the following weeks targets.

Then in between those sessions we do ‘laser check-ins’ to quickly ensure all is going to plan and share updates on progress.

All the while we are exchanging emails and information to move the plan forward. I’ll give you access to a wealth of resources like specific models, information, exercises, audio practice, tutorials… whatever the specifics are.

Whenever appropriate, I will research specific areas and topics to develop the plan, and help get the steps to your goal completed.

I will also be available for urgent phone calls for pressing matters as and when needed.
